Pricing:

• The material shall be supplied & charged/invoiced as per standard packaging. Material once supplied will not be taken back. The Client is free to re-check the measured area before confirming the order.
• Any specific technical needs may be requested for special quotes and a change in contract shall be signed between as for any additions / deletions.

Preparation of sub floor

• Sub-floors are the foundation of our floors and should not be compromised. Sub-floor should be plain and sturdy without any undulations and dampness.
• Installation should happen before the last coat of paint. At least one coat of paint should be done before installation begins.
• We suggest you to have your furniture loose (Unfixed) for a seamless installation.
• There may be non- uniformity in colour, which is natural and acceptable to client.
• When the floor runs between two rooms, there may be breaks that can be covered with available accessories, please order accordingly.
• Accessories are essential part of the floor. Every room requires to have skirting for air circulation, skirting is to be calculated as per the circumferences of the room and other profile like reducer or T-profile is used to be provided to maintain the level of the two rooms.
• Carpets need to be laid underneath doors/shutters which require necessary gaps. Altering of door from bottom to maintain the necessary gap, the same is not a part of this contract & needs to be provided by the client before execution.

Installation:

• The installation by Carbon Floors at customer's site shall be on continues basis. In-case the installation is delayed due to non-availability of working site or facilities to be provided by the customer, the customer shall pay Rs. 500 per man-day for the delayed period.
• Electricity connection required for installation shall be provided free of cost by the customer on each floor of the building.
• For installations outside Delhi NCR, rail/road fare as well as the lodging and boarding of installation supervisor/workers will be provided by the customer free of cost.
• Installed Floors needs to be protected from damage if other building contractors are to be on site. We strictly suggest no contractors during or after final installation of floor to execute work at site. Any repair or re-finishing done to the floor after its damage shall be at additional extra costs
